WOYWW after xmas

Hoping you all had a wonderful christmas with family and friends.  Thank you for all the sweet comments about the kitty thief, she enjoyed her pressie even more on christmas day.  We added an extra mouse so that she got a surprise.

Now to WOYWW.  Working on some ATC's just for the sheer pleasure of playing with all my stuff.  Not trying to meet a swap deadline or working to a theme  ... just playing with alcohol inks, damask and butterfly stamps and of course bling.
Enjoy your wednesday and I hope to catch up with other WOYWW.

  2. Isn't it wonderful to create just for the fun of it? I've definitely rediscovered that this year. And having already seen the ATCs you created, I definitely think you should play like this more often.

    Thanks for sharing.
    cheers, rachel #15

  5. I just loooovvveee Damask anything. Never made a ATC before, do you swap them or what happens? Looks interesting. I am ready to jump into something new for 2011. Your cat is cute, we have three, they all have their own personalities. One of them is a burmese cross and is very funny and talkative. We just love her.She anounces herself every morning making sure everyone knows she is there and commands her cuddles and breakfast.
Have a very happy New Year. Blessings Hilde

  10. The damask is beautiful - I peeked ahead :) It's great being able to craft for pleasure with no deadlines, etc., isn't it? Your cat is just proving that she's too clever by half. I wish you and yours a healthy and happy New Year. Elizabeth #57

  11. This is the exact reason I don't join a lot of challenges. I want to make art at MY pace and what I like, not what the challenge host wants. It's more fun that way.

I hope you had a great Christmas. I saw the Kitty thief post. They sure know which ones are theirs, don't they?

Sorry I missed last week. Little did I know when I left suddenly last Wednesday that I would not have access to the internet. I didn't even get to wish you a Merry Christmas, and now it's time to wish you a fun and art filled 2011. And kiss the Kitty, too, please (#2).

  12. That's a great idea to give yourself time and space to do exactly what inspires you. The damask looks lovely, and I have to admit to looking back to chuckle at your cat burglar - what a cheeky minx!

Have a fine and crafty New Year
