woyww -cosmos, card and tray

Short and sweet this week.  A glimpse of my new painting a cosmos .... which is starting to take shape and get some form.
A beautiful cheery Xmas card from Nikki C and she added sweet bling.  Thank you Nikki it brought a smile to a dreary day.
An almost finished tray just waiting for the weather to clear before I spray it with a gloss sealer.
Hope your desk is full of inspiring ideas.
I plan to visit quite a few desks over the weekend.

  1. I love your flower and your tray is really coming right along! I love visiting and seeing what you are doing! Happy WOYWW!

Hope you weren't caught up in the tornado! Didn't know anything about it til the news came on. We only got a bit of rain out here!

  3. The flower is beautiful, you captured the shadows and shades so well! I love the tray too, I don't alter much things but seeing this it comes to mind that I should too... boxes, closets, trays... there's so much to alter and it's so inspiring to see (do?) that! Happy woyww and a hug from Holland, Marit #28

  16. Hi Sandra de,
I love cosmos. I love how they spread and can fill an empty field with wonderful colors. Yours is looking great so far. Please share when you are done.

Thank you for visiting me earlier today! I really do miss posting on Wednesdays and I NEED to get back into the groove. Not only of posting but also crafting, doing a variety of things.

I hope you have a wonderful holiday (although I'll probably visit you again before the time comes)!!

    Happy WOYWW

  19. That tray looks lovely but it is the Cosmos that steals my heart again. You do the most amazing paintings.
Hugs & Thanks for visiting me, Neet 11 xx

  20. I would have been by sooner, Sandra, but my life took a major meltdown today when my washing machine hose broke. After I got all the water and mess cleaned up, I was off to buy a new hose and install it.

Your cosmos painting is gorgeous. I'm truly in awe of your work. And of course, I adore the tray because it speaks to me. Happy belated WOYWW from #1.

  21. Hi Sandra. Have just been admiring your stunning Cosmos, it reminds me of late summer days when I have them nodding in the garde, I always grow the white and pink ones every year, although I've seen some new seeds that are yellow that I think I'll try next year.
Your tray is beautiful, what a great makeover. I spotted your lovely angel last week, thanks for sharing her for me.
Hope all is good with you
    Hugs Lisax

  22. Stunning artwork! Take care Zo xx 40

  23. Hello Sandra. The cosmos is beautiful - and the tray a lot of fun. A fine day? Sort of forgotten what one of those looks like!!
Thank you for your visit and your prayers. John is getting better slowly. Today we met another of the nurses who was on that ward that Monday evening, and were able to thank her for all that they did. She told us that despite the years of care she has been involved in, John is the only person she has seen recover from being so ill! I thank God for the opportunity of some more time with him
    Take care. God bless.
