woyww - atc'

An early morning shot of my desk with all the atc's I have made for a swap coming up in May.  I have given up trying to be very original when it is a big swap.  I tend to stay with one design but will use different colours.
A close up of the atc's made by covering a floral stencil in gesso, sprayed with inks and when dry some bling and words.  Easy peasy.

Off to visit the wonderful world of woyww created by Julia.  I had no idea Julia was planning an ATC swap!!!

  3. Your ATC's colours are beautiful. It seems to be ATC week as they are popping up everywhere. I did a blog posting on Monday after I had been asked several times about them. Then they popped up with Julia and now I cant get away from them. Its great. Good luck with yours.

  11. Wow, that's a lot of ATC's Sandra. I love the idea of batch making but making them all slightly different and the change of colour is amazing. They look like a patchwork quilt. The recipients will be absolutely thrilled with them I'm sure.

  24. Hi Sandra, that's a lot of ATCs and they are beautiful too - love the colours and the shimmer. I'd lose interest if I had to make two the same, never mind twenty-eight. Hope you have a lovely week. Elizabeth x #113

  25. Easy peasy indeed! Yet still very gorgeous and the recipients will be proud to get them. I tend to make my ATCs all the same for simplicity sake. Well, that and I usually am doing them last minute. I have such a love-hate relationship with ATCs.

  28. I only do 'original' when I'm just a few ATC's....best just to stick with the one deign and just do a slight variation! Saves soooo much time if you are doing loads! :)

thanks for sharing your lovely ATC's,

  34. Hi Sandra, The ATCs are looking good! Are they for the annual lunch or for WOYWW? (Or maybe both, come to think of it!)

  35. The roses are from MIL's funeral. Aren't they lovely? And the book I just got is "Art at the Speed of Life" (from UK Book Dep.) and I'm off to look at it any moment now.

  44. Absolutely beautiful ATCs, Sandra, even if they are easy-peasy. Seeing them all together like that, grouped according to colour, it seems a shame to split them up! Mounted together they would look great.

Thanks for your nice comment on my blog. Yes, I can recline and knit - I also recline and zentangle! Only on a very bad day health-wise am I unable to do anything at all!

    Happy belated WOYWW,

  45. Love all those ATC's! My is basically done for Julia's swap. But it does't look to be the right size. I keep measuring it at 3.5 X 2.5 and it just does't seem to the be the shape and size I remember doing before. I guess I am truly losing it.
