Nothing very exciting on my desk this week.... Titled "insipid still life".
I am still plodding on with the watercolour class. The latest painting is fairly bland as I am only up to the second wash of prussian blue. Hopefully the shapes and shadows will start to form as I lay more colour and then it will be more inspiring. Or I can continue to dream.....
Next week should be far more exciting as I will be doing two classes with the wonderful Finnabair from Warsaw. I couldn't miss an opportunity to take a class while she is in Sydney. I love what she creates with all those bits and pieces of metal and rubbish.
