A few weeks ago I was looking for a heat tool and quite a few woyww suggested the Ranger Heat it tool. Well.... I am so glad I asked for recommendations because it is a great little heat tool, quiet, hot and a neat size. Best of all it took 7 days from when I ordered it online until it arrived from the UK.
It was put to work straight away drying the backs of a few ATC's I have on my desk. That is about all that I can show you this week. Hope to pop round and have a look at a few more creative desks via woyww.
The heat tool is one of the greatest craft inventions, I once tried to use a hairdryer....well what a disaster hee hee

Hi Sandra, you will not be disappointed with this. They are great as I told you and if it lasts as long as the one I have you will have many happy hours using it.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a crafty woyww, Angela x
That's good that you finally got a new heat gun. With the Ranger brand on it, it should be fine.
ReplyDeleteI've been under the weather for two weeks with ghastly cold. Just coming good now.
Just bought a couple of dies from a lady in Goulburn. Great prices and service. Will send you details.
Have a good week. (Let me know some dates for lunch, when convenient.)

Glad you got your heat gun. I love mine. Used to have one of the long, thin blue ones, and boy was it noisy! Saw a demo using this at the NEC one year, and I had to get it. Like you say, so quiet. Mine must be 6 or 7 years old now, still going strong. Have a great week, Hugs, Shaz #20 xxx
ReplyDeleteWow, 7 days from the UK isn't bad, is it? So glad you like the gun, it's great when a purchase really hits the mark!

So glad you shared this--I still need to buy a heat tool. Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh #43
ReplyDeleteGlad you love your new heat gun, Sandra. I have this one too, it's a neat bit of kit isn't it. Yes, you were right last week, my figure is Willow Tree. I have quite a few of them, but this was got knocked over and the heads fell off. My dear hubby glued it so now it lives on my windowsill in a safe place.
ReplyDeleteHope you are having a good week.

You just reminded me i need to write on my atc's - forgotten that bit. Yep, the white heatgun is definitely the best bet, also it is good for embossing powder as it does not blow it about quite like the black ones do, so much gentler.

Sandra De, You are now No.33:)
ReplyDeleteFab ATCs.
Thanks for stopping by my blog.

Great heat gun - mine is similar. Always handy for all sorts of little jobs. x Jo
ReplyDeleteIt's a smashing little heat gun isn't it - I've been getting quick deliveries from abroad lately - I don't know what's happened to the postal service - they seem to be surpassing themselves! Thanks so much for stopping by my desk earlier, I hope you have a great week,

I'm now home from a full on 11 hour day with the munchkins....we'e been everywhere and done everything today so I'm just a little tired lol I'm now nipping around the blogs while I can keep the eyes open.
ReplyDeleteIt's always good when you find a tool that works well.

I do love my Ranger heat tool, although I am on my second, having worn one out! (mind you I'd had it a good long time!) Have a great week. Helen 7
ReplyDeleteYep, mines a ranger too...have had it for at least twelve years, hope your experience is the same. I like its quietness I must say. I say, even for heating the backs, aren't you working tidy and in neat rows!
ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting - ATC 's are looking fab ! And that's just the back Ali #9
ReplyDeleteI have seen the Ranger Heat Tool on TV and it is very quiet. My two are loud and blow lots of air around. Glad you got one that will work for you.
ReplyDeleteYou asked about how I keep the dresses clean. For one thing, I never let my cats in the room and I keep the door closed, even when I'm in it. I also have a Swifter type duster that I use to keep any dust that might accumulate off them. I have to stand on a stool to reach them, but it's worth it.
Thanks for the earlier visit, dear. Happy WOYWW from #1.
Congrats on finding a new heat gun and those backs of your ATC's are looking good can't wait to see you flip them over :) hugs Nikki 5
ReplyDeleteBrilliant heat gun I have one of them too and the slowness of the drying comes in handy sometimes unlike other heat guns which cause a massive sand storm effect. Looks like you have made quite a few ATC's.
ReplyDeleteHappy WOYWW and thanks for visiting already
