Funny isn't it, you can work for ages under a light and then when you step back it really doesn't look light enough to work under! I am amazed by your art, yet again! The lily is fantastic....I can almost see what you didn't paint as well...in terms of not overdoing the really light bits and the shape. Does that even make sense?! Your desk is a real feast.
Hi Sandra! Lovely to see you again! Super paintings! I don't even know how it's possible to paint those delicate veins in the leaves! Pure magic! Hope you have a good week! zsuzsa #17
Hi Sandra, i am amazed as ever with your talents. I love those travel sketches and the delicacy of the leaves, can't wait to see the finished piece. Sarah #20
Hi Sandra, I've missed a few weeks but as always my first reaction to your blog is 'Oh Wow!' The lily is jaw-droppingly beautiful and I've just had a quick scroll down to see what I've missed and was nearly speechless when I saw your exquisite poppy - just stunning. The leaf looks hard work but I'm sure you're more than a match for it! Have a great week, Diana xx #14
