woyww-atc's

Early morning pic of the desk with bits and pieces left over from making ATC's.  If we start from the top right hand corner you can see that the clock is set at 11.11am.  Power went off yesterday and clock has not been reset.  Usually the clock flashes but, I can see that someone has reset the clock to the stop flashing but not corrected the time!  My stack of Craft stamper mags sit waiting for all the projects I want to create.  I have carefully added tags to the specific pages then got side tracked because I absolutely had to buy a stamp.  Spent ages on the internet and tracked it down to France, gave up in the end as it was way to difficult.  On my cutting mat are the freebie stamps from the mag and I should just  be grateful I have those.   The pattern paper and ink pads are just sitting around until I pack away.  A printed set of labels for the backs of the ATC just in case I make more.  The only other items of interest are the black and pink boxes waiting to be repurposed.  The box from last week has gone to a new home which frees me up to create a few more.  Enjoy your woyww hopping.

  2. Just worked out WHY your link doesn't work, It is because you used .com instead of .co.uk BJ

  4. Isn't the internet a wonderful thing, except when you discover that the thing you absolutely must have is in a different country and is going to cost an arm and a leg to get it!!!! Hope you manage to find another one. Thanks for sharing and Happy Woyww Liz@39

  6. Sounds like you are going to be busy!! Various of my CS mags have little tags on - I can't say that many of the projects have been completed but it is my go to place when I don't have anything in mind. I sometimes think if I stayed away from the internet trying to source things and got on with what I had already a lot more would get done!! Happy WOYWW Cindy #59

  7. Great looking and well organized desk! I love Craft Stamper magazine and the freebies but here in the states it is a small fortune to buy it and get it shipped. I have a subscription that is running out soon and hopefully I will be able to renew it. Wish they had an online issue! Hope you have a great week. Vickie #36

  10. The thing I hate most about power cuts, is how many clocks etc you have to sort out!! Love that peacock feather on your desk. Have a lovely day, even if it's raining (well it is here!) Helen, 5

  11. Isn't it awful when you really want a stamp and have to do a lot of searching for it which inevitably takes you to one link and then another ... and so on. Hope you get it some day - perhaps show it on here - you never know someone may have it. Sorry about the power cut too. Your desk looks busy and I love the wall facing you, nice pictures.
Hope you do decide to host Flat Susan - she is almost ready to set off on her first journey.

Thanks for visiting me - Hugs, Neet xx

  13. What a great desk! I also have a pile of Craft Stamper mags put to one side with projects I want to have a go at. Mine are marked with Post-it notes! My problem is that I have the attention span of a butterfly and drift off to do other things. It only takes a new stamp to distract me for hours!! Happy WOYWW. Pam#23

  15. what a shame you couldn't get the stamp you wanted perhaps you should have named it here in case anyone has it or knows where you could get it from. It is so hard when we set our heart on something.
As you say we have the stamps from our magazine mine arrived yesterday and I love the stamp on it this month.
    Your desk is looking good
Thanks for sharing your desk today, Happy WOYWW hope you have a great week

  16. Hi Sandra, that's a pity that you couldn't get the stamp you were looking for ... I wonder if it is available here in the UK - I'd check it out for you if you let me have the details. I love the little stamps we get with CS though don't use them as often as I should ... note to self to do just that :) Hope you are having a great day. Elizabeth x #55

  17. I still have a few more ATCs to make - maybe this weekend! And My CS stash is never far from me - I always see things I want to play with and then keep forgetting, or letting my own stuff come first. Oh well....maybe one day I'll find the time and work thru the whole stack LOL!

    Happy WOYWW!

  18. Your desk is looking very creative. ATCs are so much fun to make. I finally went to as many battery clocks as possible, so now I only have to contend with the timer on the stove and the timer on the coffee pot! The intranet, what a blessing and what a time waster it can be!
Thanks for visiting my blog and the well wishes, cheek and wrist are doing much better this morning....like I would let a sprained wrist stop me from WOYWW...I can even type with my nose if I have to.....LOL

  19. Hi Sandra.
What would we do without Craft Stamper. I can't wait for it to arrive each month.
Like the others have already said, let us know what stamp you are hunting for. I'm sure we can track it down for you.

  20. Good luck tracking that stamp down- I frequently have a browse around for a PSX Buddha stamp! Its lovely, but the last time I saw one was on Etsy, and it was going for 45 quid! I don't 'need' it quite that much, lol. Have a great week, Hugs Shaz #118 xx

  24. ATC's are us, huh? I share your pain about some internet ordering. It just gets too hard sometimes and I give up too. Especially because there is always something else I want anyway!! Thanks for visiting. Have a great week.

  25. I have to keep all my craft stampers too... i even look at the back copies sometime too. The ATC's look fun, they are fun to do aren't they, are they for the 4th anniversary swap?

  27. Hi Sandra, No time to do WOYWW this week, but had to have a peek at a couple of desks anyway :)
Have you tried ebay for the stamp, or one of the big stamp retailers in the US? (Might be easier than France.)
Have started my ATCS also, using some alcohol inks, but waiting for further inspiration. Catch you soon,
    Roslyn

  30. G'day
thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment. Due to my sore hands I am even slower then usual at getting around but here I am at last. I shop on line so I know that frustration of trying to get a must have stamp from other countries! Have fun decoarting the boxes

  31. Happy Very Belated WOYWW. I scan the pages from CS that I want for inspiration and give away the magazines now (as I am mainly digitally crafting). My subscription ends soon, so then I won't feel guilty that I am not as talented as all the wonderful contributors. Shame you couldn't get the stamp you wanted. Ali x #25
