woyww - pig in paint

Sorry I can't show you a photo of my desk this week .... problems with my camera.  But what I have is one of the little pigs I painted last week.  Why?
Being on holidays means I try to paint different  subjects and I enjoyed painting chickens a few weeks back so I am broadening out to other farm animals.  I know totally random....Pinterest is to blame.
Here she is Miss Hen.
Hopefully my camera problems will be sorted by next week and I will do something normal.
Have a lovely woyww.

  5. Stunning. Love them both. But something about the little spatters on the chicken just appeals to me. So perfect, but almost random at the same time. Fab.
    Have a Happy WOYWW day!

  9. Don't think I have visited your desk before .... so glad I did! I just love your pig, my daughter is into pigs so I have lived with them for years - pictures and models you understand!!
Had a scroll back through your blog - your watercolours are very good, something I would love to be able to do. I attend an art class as I only paint ATCs but would love to paint larger pictures.
Your book looks good too - did you enjoy the book binding?

I've been tempted several times but been really good and resisted. It's fun using up stuff instead. More snow here today....would love your gorgeous weather.

  24. Such a cute little pig. My daughter has had a soft spot for pigs already several years and she collects all sorts of piggy stuff. I'm ready to claim it's because she has never seen ( or smelled) a real pig farm!

  29. It is the expression on the face of the hen that I love. She looks as though she is about to see off someone who wants to take her grain away. Thank you for your visit this week and for your lovely comments. I am enjoying playing with this new (to me) media and seeing what I can do with it. Have a good week. xx Maggie #27
