woyww - poppy


Anna Mason's tutorial this month was a pretty poppy.  Painted over 4 days grabbing a few solid hours over the weekend and after work.  

Packing up all my arty/crafty stuff as we are off on a holiday.

    I'm rather late calling in today but yesterday ( on my day off!) I had a customer request 3 School Memory bears making for Thursday (yes tomorrow!) so I've been head down sewing all morning....have now got an evening dress to shorten and a gents jacket to shorten the sleeves on.....all being collected tomorrow!!
    I really love your poppy....I have some yellow ones flowering at the mo....love them.

    A prettily painted poppy, perfectly portrayed! I've run out of 'p' superlatives now. Lol. Once again, I'm in awe of your watercolour technique. My SiL has moved onto pastels now, from patience and precision (hey, more p words there!) to huge sweeping swathes of colour!
