woyww - summery things

A touch of summer to brighten your woyww.

A pretty Kingfisher painted during Anna Mason's online workshop and finished last night.

The completed sunflower from weeks ago.

.
After a few beautiful days on the beach my desk should be back to normal by the weekend.

Have a lovely woyww visit.

  1. Wow, you never fail to impress - that Kingfisher is stunning and so realistic - one of my favourite birds, they are so shy I've only ever seen one twice and once was a blue and orange blurr in flight so it hardly counts! The sunflower is amazing too and I love the way you've captured the textured detail around the centre of the flower - that must have been so tricky to do.
Hope you have a lovely week - the weather looks fabulous!

  6. Oh wow Sandra...two stunning paintings. They say when you’ve seen a kingfisher you never forget it because they are so stunning well I certainly won’t be forgetting yours in a hurry. It’s so life like it could be a photo. Love it.
